How often are maintenance visits?
Visits are scheduled quarterly — roughly every three months — so the memorial stays clean and protected year-round without over-treating the stone.
Do I need to be present for maintenance?
No. Just like our inspection and restoration services, you do not need to be on-site. We handle everything and send you photo documentation after each visit.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the link in your confirmation email.
Does the plan cover restoration work?
The plan covers ongoing cleaning and upkeep. If a larger restoration is recommended, we'll provide a separate written scope and quote — and your plan visits continue in parallel.
